Join me in Circle, tend to your inner world
Spring Equinox Circle Series + donation-based Drop-in Circles
Meditation, storytelling, & resonance practice to process the changes in our world and how they show up for each of us personally
Circle never ceases to amaze me.
We’re offering this upcoming set because of the need to have space: Space to ground and connect in these times. Space to hold all that’s going on—in our inners worlds and the outer world (especially).
Funny enough—without knowing it—the first one lands the day after President’s Day. Quite poetic, Spirit… Well played.
The Spring Equinox will be our muse for these Circles, in particular the invitation to see it as a threshold; a crossroads between two seasons that offers us a pause to catch our breath, regroup, and have more choice in how we move forward.
Excitingly, we’ll offer two donation-based drop-in Circles leading up to the Equinox series. So if you’re new to this Circle practice and want to give it a try, this is a great way to do so.
Above is a video I made to give you a sense of what the vibe is like in Circle.
I’d love for you to join us in any of this if you feel called. Please reach out with any questions you might have.
Much love to all the thresholds you’re standing at these days,
Liz

Tend to your inner world this Spring Equinox
Equinoxes are like thresholds between seasons. When the Spring Equinox arrives, it has us stand at the threshold of Spring, with one foot still in Winter, as if at a seasonal crossroad.
This crossroad gives us a moment to pause. It’s an invitation to put down our bags and look around. Breath. Take stock of where we are at in our journey and make choices about how we want move forward.
With the collective being at such a crossroads these days, coming together to intentionally pause in community feels more important than ever. We’ll do so to tend to the thresholds we stand at—personally and collectively—in order to practice meeting the moment as it is and invite forth wisdom to guide us on what’s next.
Please join us in this rich community space to tend to your inner world in service to the outer world.
About the Circle series
Over the course of 4 weekly Circles, you’ll be invited to create space for all you’re experiencing these days as it relates to your personal world and the outer world. Seeing the role of our inner worlds as integral to being of service these days, we’ll use the symbolism of this time of year to reflect on:
Where are you at in your journey these days? What’s alive for you that needs space?
What needs to be put to rest or shed before moving into this next season? For you or for the collective. What wants to be built on or preserved? Or even celebrated?
What subtle stirrings can you sense below the surface of all that’s happening, for you or for the collective?

FAQs
Who is this for?
Community is so needed these days. Here’s what you can expect from this one:
People committed to learning how to sit in the fire of the questions, rather than arrive at static, concrete answers
People who have a spiritual or personal practice tied to their healing or growth; who understand the value of their emotions or are interested in exploring that more.
People committed to the messy, imperfect project of social justice, decolonization, climate justice, and collective liberation.
People full of multitudes and complexities, who are committed to divergence and diversity of thought, and everyone’s right to belong
People who practice self-awareness and hold a vision of collective unity while speaking their truth
People who are taking what they unearth in Circle and bringing it into their lives
Where will we meet?
Virtually on Zoom. You’ll receive a link via email with instructions on how to join + a reminder email each week.
What can I expect in a We Heal For All Circle?
Circles are 90-minutes long and use practices of meditation, storytelling or soulful sharing, and resonance practice to support you to connect with yourself, other like-hearted people, and that which is greater than you (whatever that may mean to you!).
A theme and reflection prompt will be our entry point. We’ll use this flow:
Open Circle
Settle in. Warm up round of shares.
Meditation
Connect with self. Guided visualization to ground & center.
Soulful sharing
Connect with each other. Two rounds of equally-timed shares with resonance practice & guidelines for listening and sharing.
Cool down
Connect beyond. Guided visualization to integrate what was experienced & offer up the energy to something greater than yourself.
