Let me (re)introduce myself
We Heal For All's my soul mate... where I muse about collective healing
For those I haven’t met yet (or said hi to in a while)… hi 👋 I’m Liz. And this is We Heal For All.
A place and space to muse about the times we live in, especially as it relates to collective healing.
We Heal For All and are I soul mates.
She is very much a spiritual energy and creative force that calls me to be a conduit for her. And I answer that call every day with a hell yes.
Since 2018, I’ve been playing with different ways to channel her and bring her earth side. What vehicles are there that she can best express herself through? (Nonprofit versus small business, collective model versus solo entrepreneur, etc..) What types of things, architecturally speaking, make the most sense and match her energy and frequency best?
This has led to all sorts of experimentation, with writing and Circles being the most resonant.
Circles are where I play with practicing collective healing
How can we come together in community and support ourselves to process and grapple with the changes and challenges our world faces? How can we collectively heal in practice in ways that helps stabilize and usher in new forms of consciousness that are needed right now?
In Circle we create space for things like our ecosystems breaking down and crazy politics tearing us apart and the vast amount of inequality our world produces and the heinousness of war and the scariness of the future… (is now panting with pit stains) the list goes on.
We process the normal feelings that come with these things, as well as unearth the deeper wisdom our feelings hold. We use our personal lived experiences as an entry point to listen to the collective; to be a conduit for the system we are all a part of. To reflect on how this time of transformation is manifesting for us as unique individuals, and support ourselves and each other to better show up and be of service in the way each of us are called.
Writing is where I play with expansive thinking about collective healing
A guiding fractal-like question for me is: What can we take from what we know about individual healing and apply it to the collective?
To make sense of the times we live in. To figure out how to do collective healing in practice. To be of service to culture shifts and systems change in a healing-centered way.
Here are some of my favorite pieces of past writing:

My move to Substack
This Substack will be a place for me to keep expanding and growing We Heal For All, with the hope to connect with other spiritually-oriented changemakers & socially-conscious spiritualists.
You can expect newsletter-type messages with invitations and updates, as well as longer-form essays that you can enjoy by supporting my work through a monthly membership.
Look out for my upcoming book!
Coming late summer/early fall 2024 - Collective Healing for our Complex Times: How to be in relationship with the world’s pain.
My debut book explores a question that has been at the heart of my journey as a change maker and self-identified feeler: how to be in relationship with the world’s pain. Part memoir, part supportive tools, and part expansive thinking, Collective Healing for our Complex Times looks at collective healing from multiple angles to unpack what it offers the times we live in.
Keep an eye out for the launch date and invitations to pre-order and be an early reader!
