Promise held within change

Guided meditation | Towards movement that can be guided by Inner Wisdom

There’s promise held within change, whether it’s change we like or don’t like.

It’s a tension, really. This promise.

A push and pull that creates movement.

There’s promise as seed potential—opportunity baked within any given circumstance that we can tap into and ride.

There’s the way that promise leaves us vulnerable—to broken trust and broken hearts. To deep disappointment.

And there’s a way that promise offers us something inherent—that change is inevitable. There’s the promise of a new day. Source as The Promiser.

The tension within all of this has the ability to move us. It can move us to tears, to new heights. Into new ways of being we didn’t know were possible. Into relationship with parts of us we didn’t know we had.

I’m of the humble, heartfelt belief, that we can support ourselves to be guided in this movement, and arrive wherever we’re meant to go.

These times of change are moving each of us in some way, shape, or form. This meditation is meant to support that by helping you connect with your Inner Wisdom to better understand the unique way it’s moving you.

  • How is this current moment of change pushing and pulling you?

  • What is it moving you towards or away from?

  • Where is it taking you? And what newness waits for you there?

The language in this post is greatly influenced by the beautiful people I’m in Circle with right now. I’m so very grateful, thank you all.

Sending you so much love.
