Between Trump’s cabinet picks, the war in Gaza, the climate crisis, polarization and our frayed civic fabric, or any other reality we face, we’re all holding a lot, and it can manifest as frantic mental energy and insomnia.
This guided visualization and breath work practice is designed to help you release excess energy when your mind is racing so you can fall back to sleep and get the rest you need and deserve.
Whether it’s fears and what-if’s, or inspiration and creative energy about how to respond, this practice helps soothe overactive energy. We move the energy down and out to help settle all that’s kicked up.
We do so while acknowledging this energy’s purpose for being here: to get us to move. We let it know that “we see you,” and help it settle so we can channel its guidance towards meaningful work at a better, more appropriate time (*cough, cough*—like when the sun’s out..).
